In-store merchandising

Optimize for the changing role of stores

Connect with One Door @ NRF 2021
Chapter 1 January 12-14,19, 21-22

The coronavirus pandemic will continue to transform the way retail works. Merchants who can flex and adapt their merchandising process to meet the pace of change will stay out in front. One Door’s Merchandising Cloud gives you the tools you need to pivot quickly, execute accurately, and communicate with confidence, no matter what the outside world brings.

Come meet with us, virtually, at NRF’s January event to learn how we’re helping retailers rewrite their in-store merchandising playbooks and rethinking the role of stores.

Courtney North – Retail Visual Merchandising, Comcast

Like many in 2020, the challenges we faced as a brick and mortar retailer navigating a pandemic was something we could never have predicted. We found ourselves conquering unique situations including both the de-merchandising and re-merchandising of our stores at a regional level, space planning for social distancing and focusing on product offers to best serve our customers in their time of need.

With Merchandising Cloud we were able to quickly specify new exterior window signage, indicate placement of PPE components and social distancing graphics. Additionally, we were able reconfigure fixtures and displays to allow for distanced customer queuing, specific to each store footprint. We were also able to use Merchandising Cloud to enable timely and efficient communication, execution and feedback.
