Like many in 2020, the challenges we faced as a brick and mortar retailer navigating a pandemic was something we could never have predicted. We found ourselves conquering unique situations including both the de-merchandising and re-merchandising of our stores at a regional level, space planning for social distancing and focusing on product offers to best serve our customers in their time of need.

With Our platform we were able to quickly specify new exterior window signage, indicate placement of PPE components and social distancing graphics. Additionally, we were able reconfigure fixtures and displays to allow for distanced customer queuing, specific to each store footprint. We were also able to use Our platform to enable timely and efficient communication, execution and feedback.
